826cc is a big bore motor for the Superjet and would be running aftermarket (or heavily modded) carbs and pipe. The hull is likely reinforced or aftermarket, and the hood, nose and pole bracket (at least) are aftermarket - prbly the pole as well. There are steering mods to increase the turn nozzle throw, and possibly an aftermarket trim installed. That's all I can tell just from looking at the vid.
