  • Great tutorials, much appreciated man!

  • Yeah buen video viene en ingles pero le entendi y ams con tu demostracion paso a paso

  • Very well made.

  • Never had a tutorial so well put out and explaind. (no longer in affect but 5 Stars)

  • er how do u get over the fear of smashing ur face in when u try cos i tried it and nearly broke my nose

  • Thank you for a perfect turtorial! Is this move possible in a much smaller space? I'd be thankful if u made a turtorial for that :)

  • hey your wearing feiyues i have the exact pair

  • Thanks once again Adam for using my music! Amazing tut!

  • When I first saw the length of the video I thought it was way to long for a tutorial, but after watching it you did a very good job. Well thought out and completed.

  • hahah "Underbar" means wonderfull in swedish

  • @JensOfBarVikings u mean in german?

  • @96EcoDan no wunderbar is the german term i believe

  • why dont just be a ninja and jump over ?

  • @godofvesta be a ninja and go through. See the end, try getting over that top bar.

  • lol I was just going to press the escape button when "Oh no. We're not done." came up

  • you have done this from your right hand if i am a lefty can i try from my left?

  • @brarchiron of course, the hand positions are just opposite, and you will feel the way your body spins, which is opposite aswell.

  • I think this tutorial is beautiful. :)

  • is he wearing feiyue shoes?

  • really cool and good choice of music.

  • Adam, I have to say, of all the parkour vids I've looked at, Urban Current has been by FAR the most helpful. And, not to detract from your friends at UC, but your very detailed instructions and break downs of each body movement have been extraordinarily helpful. THANK YOU!!! It's just what I needed to get a grasp of what I'm doing and prevent me from injuring myself.

  • When would you use this as opposed to the regular underbar?

  • Love your tuts, they are the best on youtube, and allover the i net, and i found alot

  • The music was made out of loops that come with MAGIX Music Maker. I belive it was version.... 12? I might be wrong about the version, but come on, who uses free loops man????

  • So much details even on such simple tricks I think I understand now thanks.

  • Wow, amazing tutorial. Really well thought out, especially when you broke it into the steps at 3:45 or so. Only possible down point was the no showing of a useful scenario for a reverse underbar, at ground level they are inefficient and where you used them at a higher level it would still have been faster to do a regular underbar. I realise that to train movements you don't do them only when they are efficient but it would still be nice to see what a situation where you would need one looks like

  • Nice, have you got a dash vault tutorial? cuz i can do it, but not well :/

  • thx

  • was it realt necessary to kick yourself in the ass?

  • Showing the move before explaining it would be a nice idea :P.

  • Where did he get his parkour trousers from there not on urban free flows site

  • @06rawjac American parkour. com

  • @06rawjac: I custom made those pants. They are kung fu pants with Urban Current embossed along the side.

  • Following these steps just like you say work out perfectly, love the vid! Spread The Wisdome!

  • awesome video!!!!

    thx(:

  • Time to head outside and practice.

  • dude like your work

your body movements are so fluent with good style

    sweet job

  • Best toutorial I`ve ever seen on this, good job! (Now I`ll go practice ^^)

  • that was an awesome tutorial! :D great stuff.

  • 10/10 - thanx!! :D

  • wow this is really useful, i never used the whhole elbow up thing.. where i was going wrong :) thankyouu xx

  • is the kid deaf or something?lol

  • WAAAAAAAAAAAAAy too much reading but still pretty sick

  • mierda

  • @38fabian98 wha does that mean cuz merda is shit in italian

  • These videos are extremely well done. Thanks a bunch!

  • thak you so much... you rock!

  • Great tut! Almost have it down.

  • nice! now i just need to find a rail

  • nice work dude!! thaaaaanks!!

  • good quality video. both in resolution and helpfulnessnessnessnessness

  • I have a quick question, how do you not get dizzy by spinning so fast??

  • Its pretty hard to get over at first. In time, you'll get used to it. For now, try and pick a spot to look at, then when you complete your spin, try and look looking only at that spot. That's the technique ice skaters use.

  • @LoopyLamp69 yeah and wont you lose a bit of control too when trying to spin back into position?

  • Not if you train it! Learn to control it. Use your hands to gauge where you are and train your space-awareness. You'll be good to go. Same with flips and reverse vaults and all the rest.

  • actually u are spinning only 1 time (360 d.) so there isn't too much spining doing to get u dizzy

  • "underbar" means "wounderful" on swedish :p

  • isn't it underbara

  • no, underbara is when it is "many" wounderful things ^^

  • ok btw i'm from finland ^_^

  • me tooo

  • Wonderful 360! :D

  • i can do it now

    XD thanks

  • thanx really great video i do an underbar 360 in my video"alittle bit of parkour" but im not sure if i got it right can people tell me plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i thought this was gonna be a drag being 6 mins and all but this is the best tutorial ive seen yet you explained evrything perfectly (except the head hight version)

  • Great tutorial!

Just one thing: you say that all the steps from the ground version also applies on the "flying" version, but you don't (and shouldn't) put your elbow up in the last version. Could be a bit confusing for people new to this movement so I just thought I should point it out.

  • very nice tutorial!!! thnx a lot!

  • @jlel I agree!!

  • Haha, "kick yourself" that was awesome.

  • joder, aqui en españa lo de los tutoriales tambien lo hacen, pero lo hacen muy mal, ojala fueseis españoles

  • i kicked my self T.T it hurt DX

xDD lol just fucking but that is by most best tutorial i love URBan Current :D

  • Whats the name of the song in this? Great tutorials btw!

  • The name of the songs we use is at the end of every video.

  • seriously lol. theres always one person....haha

  • Everytime i do this i can estimate the distance between the lower bar and my back without even seeing it , like i had a 6th sense

  • can you make a wallhop tutorial? i just cant do it :P im doing parkour for 2months now watch my vid i need advice

  • haha nice man, best tutorials by far -extremely broken down and fundamental with repitition -not the crap that's hard to follow -don't remember ever seeing that in the valley

  • hey i live near there

  • You are in emmaus?

  • yeah

  • @UrbanCurrent where can I download this Brine song, "Chill Max"? it doesn't seem to be on MySpace page anymore..

  • good tut!

    thank you! :) 5*

  • god that was good can actually do it!!! very helpful

  • what's thee song plz?

    i love it:D

  • It's at the end.

  • i would look like a total retard if i went to the park and pratice this....but oh well.

  • thats the spirit

  • nice tutorial guys as always. though i've got this technique alreadu its interesting to see a diff aspect and refine my technique. lols btw ive always called it a reverse underbar but it turns out i was wrong : )

  • awesome tutorial...i'm tempted to try it.

i'm not sure how well it would work out though...probably very amusing for all spectators.

  • I'm a total n00b but is this easier than underbar?

  • This is much easier than the normal underbar. It's easier to practice, you can do it slow, and progress easily.

  • Nice tutorial, Adam. I love it when you guys come out with new tutorials. You break the movements down so well. thanks for taking the time to do this

  • thnx for the tutorial

    great one!

  • hey can i ask that you put tutorials like these into the tutorial playlist? it'd be easier to locate, since u have 72 videos.

  • I second this. Also, you have the best tutorials ever since you make some sort off real exercise out of it instead of just telling how it must be done. Keep it up.

  • This and the Advanced Roll Tutorial have been added to the playlist! I believe the rest are already on there. Thanks for the reminder!

  • Nice tutorial thx

  • haha Nice, Adam. But..I can promise you that I will not be trying this.....not unless you want me in pieces

  • Lilly, you could do this, I promise.

  • Great tut.. This really helped me a lot.

  • LOLz, kick yourself!

  • Great tutorial again!! And HD.. Just awesome.

  • do a demostration b4 the instructions

  • this is a good tutorial for beginners, ive already learnt this tho, its so smooth and swift especially if u do it on a bar dats above shoulder height. like at 5:32

  • Very nice and detailed tutorial - 5/5!

  • now that i know this imma try to find places to use it. cause i cant think of any besides regular rails but for that ill just speed vault it. i know a place where theres rails on top of a wall thats like 8-9ft. maybe ill give that a try, wall run+underbar 360 :P

  • This is a great tutorial.

    Thanx.

  • Very nice...

  • Great tutorial, thanks ;)
