hi. can you help me with one thing? i am about to install 18 inch rims with 225/40 R18 tyres but i am not SURE if they fit my car (esclipe GS 2003). i see that you have got bigger rims that 16" (stock ). what size of rims do you have? are there any problems with them?

@tony99njd I have the exact same thing. I have Enkei Lusso 18" with 225/40R18 tires. It fits just fine on the eclipse. I have an 01 GS

all depends on what u want...a cold air intake or a short ram...i use cold air intakes..there more expensive but they let more air in

short ram intakes arent meant for higher rpms. cold air intakes are meant for that beacause of the amount of time it takes the air to travel from the filter to the engine

cold air rams produce more power. driving in rain is fine, just don't drive through puddles wear the filter will go into it. these cold air intakes are usually two pieces. In rainny season I take the end piece off and use as short ram.

If that is stock exhaust, it's your short ram that's making it louder. Stock exhaust on the GS or the GT don't normally sound like that.
