  • Now would other car manufacturers honour somebody within their company who wasnt even very high up in the heirachy the way they have done here? I dont think so.

  • I'm seventeen and I'll show this to my children as one of the great inspirations of my time.

  • Rip

  • @elementle OLD MAN? AT LEAST I'M NOT DRIVING A CAR WITH A LOSER SYMBOL IN THE GRILL, BUT YOU CAN THINK ABOUT THAT WHEN YOU TAKE IT BACK FOR ANOTHER RECALL, PS JAPAN DID NOT CAUSE THE PROBLEM , PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO SEND MONEY TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY ARE TO BLAME . THANKS A LOT!

  • @markn1937 When one looks at your profile, it seems you spend all of your time on YouTube talking trash about Lexus. I don't think you're an old man at all. I think you might just be a snotty teenager who's dad drives an American car and you just think it's the best thing ever.

  • @oddguy314 Wrong. I just see no benefit to send millions of dollars to Crapan or Korea for substandard junk that will be filling our junk yards in record time. that money could be here helping True americans get back to work. But you stupid americans continue to support a foreign economy. PS I own a large company and when a salesman comes to my company tring to get my business driving an asian car I promptly escort them to the exit with a kind word about supporting your neighbor

  • @markn1937 Your poor grammar and vocabulary suggest that you probably don't own a large company because no school'd let you acquire an MBA when you can't pass as a middle schooler. Sorry, but I hold that you are some spoiled teen who spends his time on YouTube. And really? You turn down business to someone based on the car they drive? You'd definitely be one hot shot Wall Street executive if you can brush people off like that. I'd also think you'd be pretty busy to be wasting your time here...

  • @oddguy314WRONG AGAIN ODD GUY! THREW TWO OUT LAST WEEK! THEY NEED ME I DON'T NEED THEM! REMEMBER THIS ALL YOU SALESMAN CAUSE I'M NOT ALONE! TO ALL YOU PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT CRAPANS ECONOMY THEY THANK YOU FOR MAKING THEIR LIVES BETTER! THE TRUE AMERICANS LOOK TO PUT YOU AND YOUR LOSERMOBILE INTO THE WALL!

  • @markn1937 Sounds like you get paid to comment on YouTube videos because it seems that is all you spend your time doing.

  • @oddguy314 Don't reply to him. Trust me. In almost every other Lexus video, this character shows up and stirs trouble. *Badly written and almost comical* trouble. ;) It's certain that he's nothing more than a mere child with a poor taste in cars and a distorted view of how the economy works.

  • @mmutasim2 NO A TRUE AMERICAN WHO BELIEVES PEOPLE LIKE YOU SHOULD DIE IN YOUR DEATHTRAPS , BUY AMERICAN LEXUS LOSER

  • @markn1937 /watch?v=13eDfrMgFQM&feature=related

Faith in next generation(people your age): lost.

  • Toyota is AMAZING!!!!

  • @EverythingOtaku JAP CRAP!

  • SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!

  • @DCNFS300 Buy American, not junk!

  • WHEN WILL LEXUS OWNERS REALIZE YOU LAY DOWN WITH DOGS YOU END UP WITH FLEAS JUST ONE MORE TO THE DEATH COUNT FOR LEXUS

  • @suntannedmedal my job is to get unbiased information out so that the people who might consider the purchase of an asian auto rethink why they would want to send money to a foreign country for substandard products. got to go! my neighbors 2007 camrys door just burst into flames! funny self destructs at 5 years old about time for another recall! oops, they did it already BUY AMERICAN THE PROFIT STAYS HERE TO HELP AMERICANS

  • @markn1937 Unbiased? Your opinion? You said to buy domestic to help Americans. That's biased, fool. Also, get your facts straight. Chevrolet, a supposed American company, has 52% of its cars made outside of the U.S. Not very American if you ask me. Also, did you know that the most American made car is the, wait for it, Camry? Shocking huh? Guess what is second? The Accord! So if you want to support fellow Americans, buy Japanese

  • @elementle thanks for saying that. I 100% agree. This guy is leaving hateful comments on Toyota and Lexus vids like an ignorant kid, but he was born in 1937.

  • @elementle we shot these people 60 years ago now they have ruined an entire industry in america so yeah good riddins to a bad egg. PS lexus manufactures junk and losers own them

  • @markn1937 so your problem with these cars isn't there build quality or performance, instead you use it as a vehicle for your prejudice and racism?

  • Love this vid. Proud to drive toyotas and my supra. What's the background music? Thx

  • TOYOTA AND LEXUS #1 IN RECALLS HOORAY FOR THEM!

  • @markn1937 Ignorance is bliss I guess. This is actually a GOOD thing. Only means they improve the cars along the way instead of neglecting older models.

  • Awesome. Supra -3

  • Does it really take a hero to die for some people to just realize that he was an awesome, creative, and speed loving person?RIP Hiromu.

  • Always in our memory. Rest in peace Hiromu 'Meister' Naruse.

  • his spirit lives within the heart and soul of every toyota and lexus vehicle

  • This is painful to watch.

  • R.I.P

  • May he be honored in every Toyota and Lexus

  • you supposedly respect this man by discracing toyota by cuttting off sports cars like the supra and allowing people to assume his designs were just rice rockets. and making the LFA just limited edition making people think its just some one of thing, and making people forget toyotas racing legacy

  • rip to one o f the best drivers in the universe

  • Hiromu me ajudou a escolher um verdadeiro carro pra quando eu tiver meu dinheiro...Lexus LFA

  • so he inspired the supra.....i solute to you!

  • For some having to go this way is a tragedy but to the ones that have the honor and dedication to their life's love of driving and being around amazing machines for a living it's dying for what you love.

  • Rest in peace, never growing old.

  • R.I.P!! I Honor and Respect your passion for being Toyota best Chief Driver on the best track ever the Nurburgring.. LIVE on and never Forgotten the legend Hiromu Naruse.. GOD BLESS!!!

  • R.I.P

  • rip, a true legend, long live toyota.

  • This is some of the worst news I've heard. I am saddened to hear that this great man, part of the development of one of my favorite cars in the world (Supra JZA80), has passed away.

    RIP Hiromu Nasume.

  • toyota's never having a good sports car again.

  • @ieatmonkeys501 So we have two articles of bad news. What's going to happen next? D=

  • RIP! your name will always be with toyota

  • RIP LFA & Hiromu Naruse.

  • - RIP .. love and respect from India.

  • RIP ..

  • R.I.P.

  • Naruse's legacy makes me proud to be a Toyota owner.

  • Allowing us to be apart of his pursuit, his love and dedication for cars were superior. Im sure the only gift that we can give is to keep the dream alive. Keep pursuing the JDM market and keep driving, drifting, and t/a alive. R.I.P

  • I almost broke into tears when they showed the Supra because it reminded me of the 90s and my childhood and how we owned a Lexus that his hand inspired greatness into. May he rest in peace and the race gods hold his soul pure! :')

  • Rest in peace friend

  • May you rest in peace... :(

  • This video had me in tears the moment they showed the LFA. R.I.P. Mr. Naruse and Thank You.

  • R.I.P from Algeria , i think if i can buy a supercar in the future , i would like to have a LFA in first and second lamborghini aventador ...

    LFA is very beautiful !!!!

  • RIP hiromu Naruse you´re an amazing test driver

  • True samurais lived by the sword, and die by the sword... Hiromu lived by the cars, and died by the cars... He's a true modern samurai..

  • @MrRyuzaki91 GOT WHAT HE DESERVED BUY AMERICAN!

  • @markn1937

you are a Piece of shit fat bellied American Turd. i'd rather ride a donkey to work than drive any POS American brand. now piss off and watch some nascar :-)

  • He died doing what he loved.... What more can a man ask for.

  • Rip

  • people who dislike are korean

  • Thx for the 2000-GT and LFA !

    R.I.P.

  • I tried to buy an MR2 as one if not my first car, but it happened to wind up a 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass, of which I owned 2, but the sports car holds place dear in the heart, he obviously had lasting impact in that regard

  • RIP

  • Respect due...R.I.P My condolences to Family members, friends, associates, co-workers, & fans...

The Japanese have never gotten the respect, admiration, & credit they deserve to the level that of a European or American automaker, although they've proven to build high quality vehicles that rival both major markets. Please see my second post above, continued.

  • @pitolove71 Like I said, my respect & condolences to all affiliated with Mr. Naruse. My statement isn't about him, it's about the opposite car in question. I've taken into account the driver's age, the fact that the Lexus used lighter parts for less weight--however, carbon fiber is said to be as strong or stronger than steel. Both these cars went head on, almost. And here's my point. I'd much rather drive my BMW M3 due to it's safe history. There's a lot of proof that BMW's are safe. Excuse me.

  • R.I.P Hiromu-san...

  • RIP Hiromu

  • LFA to Hiromu Naruse! rebirth of Nur Meister!!!

    R.I.P every time i see a LEXUS i will remember U...

  • RIP. at least he die doing something he loves.

  • Or perhaps thought of the dislike button as, "I'm sad that this happened, I dislike this."

  • 6 people thought the dislike button is for "dis-i-like"

  • @davidlcb clever word play there, thanks for making my day, Rip Hiromu

  • at least he died doing what he loved doing the most..

  • RIP.

  • RIP Hiromu and thank you Lexus for the tribute, It is nice to see a company care for it's people!!

  • @Tjrosenberry The true tribute would have been if they dedicated the Nurburgring race track edition Lexus LFA to Hiromu Naruse and also when for the first time it is revealed at the Geneva Show on March 4th, Lexus should pay tribute to the man who died perfecting his craft.

  • @05XRS Then we will be waiting for March 4th to see if this airs at the show or not....either way we will never see another like him.

  • @05XRS crashing?

  • "The Approach is too much. What we see in our world is what makes us. "

  • RIP Naruse-san

  • Rest in peace Hiromu.

It doesn't say this in the video, but he died doing what he loved. Possibly the best way to go. (If there is one)

  • Sayonara Mr Speed !

  • perfect human....!!!

  • R.I.P Mr. Hiromu. Your legends will remain in every Toyota lovers' heart.

  • For those asking who narrated this video, I have it on the best authority it was in fact Maurice LaMarche, the current "Voice Of Lexus". LaMarche is the successor to James Sloyan, who voiced every ad since the brand was introduced. While LaMarche is noted as a top-flight mimic, who even played Alec Baldwin in the Trey Parker/Matt Stone comedy film, "Team America:World Police", he has said in interviews that his Lexus work is as close to his natural speaking voice as he's ever done.

  • LaMarche also played The Brain on "Pinky & The Brain", and Kif, Calculon, and Morbo (among many others) on "Futurama".

  • @VOFanFromHell1 Don't forget that he's also Toucan Sam in the Froot Loops ads. Just follow your nose to your Lexus dealer!

  • @Keeper1st - That's right! I forgot about that! Talented man.

  • Supra is a great car!!

    thank you Naruse.

  • I hope that Toyota could label this Naruse somwhere on one of Toyota's special car model.

  • thank you Hiromu Naruse

  • それはそれを知る名誉である。 マスターありがとう

  • Didn't Toyota know about the history of Europeans? Their mentality? It starts speaking from their predecessors' graves in their minds when they become "something astonishing big". They teach their common man some good ethics but big guys dont have those "ethics".

    I doubt its an "accident".......

    Submitted.......................

  • @Stupfell

  • @smoothxassassin Eternity is a long time dude. I know this, if all I have to do is except Jesus into my heart and be saved. It would seem silly to find myself in hell. You should consider the choices for yourself .

  • The One and Only Master indeed..

  • RIP Mr. Naruse.

People like you has made racing more than just a passion ..

    Thanks Hiromu Naruse.

  • This bring tears to my eyes...

  • RIP Mr. Naruse-san,

even though your death might seem to be in vain, even though toyota is the most non-sport car manufacturer i can think of, Massive respect for your accomplishments. Hope your pursuits turn out to be more cooler in your next life

  • Just saying, toyota motor corp. should hire new, younger car designers. designs can get boring and old overtime, but new designers should be able to bring new energy into their designs. just look at the whole load of concepts online made by design students. oh and toyota, you need a competition for the next test driver.

  • I got one word...

    LEGEND..

NUR MISTER WAS A NAME GIVEN TO HIM BY ALOT OF FERRARI'S TEST DRIVERS.

  • God bless this man.

  • RIP Master Naruse...
