i would literally see apparitions and hear voices like once i was getting out of the shower and i heard this old man's voice say "Finish up kid" and i actually tried some stuff with a Ouija board, i think thats how its spelled. and i found some other stuff on camera. my house was built in the 50's or 60's so its pretty old we found a newspaper from 1950 something in my house when we first moved in

That sounds like a pretty active haunting, and what is called an intelligent spirit that can interact like that with the living. Very cool. I would imagine it was a former resident as you probably suspected.

Once at night my wife received a phone call. We picked the phone and on the other side was waht seemed a women. There was alot of noise, like lots of people around. I remember I checked the number and it was from Korea, or something. But probably cell phone. All I know is we didnt understand the women, nor we have friends outside of our country, yet alone, in Asia. But it was a short phone call. Anyone familiar with it? Might have been evp?

It may have been a wrong number but it's also possible it was an EVP. Spirits love to use phones and electronic equipment to communicate.
