  • I love this wondeful song god bless the usa.

  • I was there...it was GREAT

  • Hi

We never can pay the effort that the Marine Dog Handlers and their dobies did in the pacific during WWII, so we can enjoy our freedoom nowdays. Thank so much to the Cenntenial comite and of course thank you so much to this men and his dog. I grew up reading about his adventures in the Peggy Adamson book, and now I could met them, this was one of my dreams that have been made reality.

God bless america, and pray for all this men and his dog, they are everyday in my heart.

  • THANK YOU DPCA for honoring these men and the noble , brave Dobermans who served side by side .Thank you to those who gave their lives for us to be free. I am crying, as I remember the 3 most wonderful dogs that graced my life by being their proud owner, and pray for those men, their families, and those dogs.

I hope to have another Dobie in my life in the near future.

  • Crying proudly for my heroes, both K9 and Human I am so proud of my Doberman friends, all of you. I only wish I had been there to shake their hands and thank them myself. I believe one of the ultimate things a person can do is to serve our country. Something that I wont ever stop being proud of and will stay deep within my heart. Thank you for sharing this with us over the Internet. Indeed, Patriotism at its best.

    Still Crying,

  • Very cool event to have.

  • Wow! It has been said that 75% of the dogs during WWII were Dobermans, and that a lot of early DPCA (Doberman Pinscher Club of America) members provided/or found dogs to be trained for the War, dogs were also used in Vietnam and are invaluable to service men/women today. THANK YOU to the DPCA Centennial Committee and everyone else who made this possible. In Honoring these VETERANS and their DOGS, those who came home and those who BRAVELY gave their lives for our freedom. THANK YOU

    Jacquie

  • Absolutely the most incredible event. The Centennial Committee has my never-ending thanks for their dedication to this effort. This country needed a good dose of patriotism and you have given it us in a grand mannor.
