lol the scene at 5:25 is a nod to the adventures of rocky and Bullwinkle... specifically Dudley Do-Right. the main bad guy in the show is snidely whiplash. he likes to tie dames to RR tracks. every times he loses he says "curses, foiled again".

This is my favorite of all the shorts. The animation is so wild. I love how they dont just break but demolish the 4th wall at the end of each short.

@MrUnbirthday roger was supposed to be a tv star but then disney and steven speilberg argued about who gets the rights to merchandise and stuff so all things on roger was just dropped
