To be the President of the USA, the Constitution of the USA indicates that he must be "a natural born citizen". To be a natural born citizen, he MUST meet 2 conditions:
1) he must be born in the USA.
2) he must be born of two American parents.
BOTH conditions are required!
1) is NOT met, as Obama never showed a LONG FORM birth certificate!
2) is IMPOSSIBLE TO MEET, as Obama's father was NEVER an American!
Hence, Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and is NOT eligible to be President of the USA!

You do not have to be born in the US to be president. In order to be a Naturalized CItizen you have to be born in this country OR one of your parents have to be US Citizens. @copcat1983 Yeah, somehow I don't think its that simple since he provided his BC a long time ago. The long form was reviewed by the previous Republican governor and she confirmed it's authenticity. Not to mention the short computer print out is a legally accepted document for proof of birth and the newspaper announced births are taken directly from the health department record. Case closed.

That and newspapers double checked from that time have announcements of the birth of him. It kind of makes me wonder just how much travelling his mother did.
