Double Perfect with Chun Li against Urien? Either the sticks were messed up, or there was a beginning player that round.

he chose the wrong player...and it's in an arcade so you can't reset or switch once you've picked...Also, if you look at the info that TheShend wrote, it says (DU), not (UR) for Kokujin

Yeah, I did see that bit of info. Still, I haven't really played in that many Arcade tournaments for Third Strike, so I didn't fully know that they did something like that.

Kokujin picked the wrong character so he let it die quickly to get on with the proper round.
