I am so glad the Rocket Executive Petrol finally became somewhat smart in HG and SS with his whole "Only I can open the door to the radio to stop the signal!" I think it would have been too much if after you beat him he would walk down there and actually input the code for you. But he became dumb again at the Radio Tower, giving you the key so you can save the Director.

Oh don't worry. It's way more memorable then that speech...since this song plays the WHOLE TIME your in the radio tower...and then on the radio as well. You get ample time to enjoy it :)
