Who gives a crap if this is 'public' yang style from Yang Cheng Fu, don't be a snob. This a great video of a great master, and it's wonderful to have this shared for both the 'advanced secretive' student like yourself, and for us lowly public students. I'm foolish and thought under the assumption that sharing is caring.

the tungs line is the best master yang gave dong ying jeh a lot of the art he was a boxer and master tung hu has power there is no inside outside form there is one form by the way if you work hard read the tai chi classics good luck all
Tung Hu Ling, son of Tung Ying Jeh. Good form & posture. I am honored to have watched a form by the father who learned from Master Yang Cheng Fu. You can tell its the Tung lineage style! Postures are so different from YCF and Master Cheng Man Ching? These legends were so good though postures differed.
Thank you for this taping - a wonderful display of the principals in action. Anyone can critique all day long about the style, movements - etc.. Nobody and dispute the strength through flexibility that our art challenges us to - and the ability of this wonderful practicioner to do so - BRAVO!
REALLY NICE TO SEE. shows the frame of cheng fu with less modification then modern days. though it's still the public yang style form from Yang Cheng Fu.
I suppose public form would be the basic Yang Cheng Fu long form that was taught out to the public, published in book form, etc. As opposed to the Yang/Dong fast forms, fa jing exercises, and other material that were just taught to more direct students. Though, I guess a lot of this stuff is more "public" now days ;)
This is a great video and resource. Thank you for sharing.

Looks like it was filmed underwater, and I mean that as the highest compliment.

It is the Yang style of Yang Cheng Fu, but with elements of Wu/Hao style or Kai/He.
Tung Hu Ling was incredibly powerful.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
yes, too slow and no internal movement at all, just lot's of leg postures and low stances. Classic Yang student style!

Wonderful old style Tai Chi. Tung Yingchieh does his tai chi in a similar way. I will learn a lot from watching these two masters alone!!!
