ummmmm i don't think grabbing the victim around the waist and putting the floation device under her is safe...especially if she has a spinal/head injury. Aren't you supposed to make sure their head and neck are supported the entire time? And put the floatation device under your own arms as your holding the victims head and neck secure? That way the floatation device helps you both up to the surface and it's not snapping her spine.....this scares me. i hope it's not part of the training :/
