Exelent training. Bong gerk forms are great for advancing your foundation after you have already become very proficent with your yee chi kim yeung ma.
@WingChunNinja7 Thanks, yeah really great for training the tendons and ligaments as well to not rely on muscles. Bong Gerk is not as easy to maintain.
@michael753951 Can you please direct me to a one-legged form demonstration that shows one perfectly relaxed? Or perhaps show yourself properly relaxed in this one legged form...or better yet show me what 'proper' chi sau is.
@sirzuke lol dont go all crazy but you shouldnt be all tense you know that, and when your doing chi sau your not going to hit your training partners face by being tensed, you get the things right in training so you can perform them in street if needed, in other words, you dont train to be fast neither to be see, you train to FEEL.
