Richard J. Telfer: Fifteenth Chancellor of UW-Whitewater

University of Wisconsin Whitewater is the scene of repeated hate crimes and severe clash, involving police, between white and minority students and faculties. Chancellor Telfer persecuted Black Dean Howard Ross. Telfer and Jon Stone together removed both black Deans at UW Whitewater. Currently, all Dean level administrators are white Caucasians. Ross has been cleared by court findings. Rumors released by Telfer focused so low as accusing Ross as using school money for his online dating.
