if you worked 2 body parts a day that would only be a 14 minute workout per day which in my very honest opinon wouldn't be enough to build muscle at all no matter how intense it is.
@Eddie2446 tell that to mike mentzer,he did 1 set to failure for every exercise with CONTROLLED Movement,to me,Jon Benson's 7MM has volume and intensity. DB shoulder press. Scenario 1(Low volume,high intensity) 40lbs x 8 reps 40lbs x 6 reps 4 mins 40lbsx 14 divided by 240s = 2.3 Jon Benson 7MM 25lbs x 44reps divied by 360s =3 U pick a lighter weight but u get more workload done in that workout and it does not damage ur CNS in a long term. Promoting hypertrophy. i have tried it out myself.

Irony, as Scott is Canadian. No, it was created to maximize results in the shortest time period possible. Now, if you care to visit me in the States and see if you can keep up with this 45-year-old, by all means...knock yourself out. But this isn't about brawn...it's about brains.
