Just because the end result doesn't sound like T-Pain, doesn't mean they aren't using Auto-tune...

Only jealous losers who never sung, stepped foot in a studio think that. Typically the under 25, YT demographic thinks this. I've recorded singers before and after AT existed and just because you have trouble hearing AT, doesn't mean it's there as you imply. Also if it's that little, it's not really audible.

@codednine I didn't say "all performances are auto-tuned", I said that the artist's lyrics are. As in, their songs that are recorded in the studio. And somebody who's been recording singers before and after auto-tuned should know that auto-tuning didn't start in the way that Cher or T-Pain used/use it. It was a tool that saved hours of studio time when instead of re-recording a whole song because the singer was flat, they could just fix it themselves. So yes. Obviously it isn't used EVERYTIME.
