Please don't take offense, but who said they were Hmong? Certainly not me. They are Dzao, as the information and tags say.

I may be wrong...but
I just know that Hmong wear bright colors, like green and yellow and light blue and the Mien's most recognize clothing are usually black and RED.

How can they be Hmong? They are the Yao from China! These Red Dzao migrated to Vietnam thousands of years ago and adopted some of the vietnamese or Hmong accent. I sure can understand them in the Mien language.
Red Yao migrated to Vietnam about 700 years ago.
