Essentially she slandered a whole state with lies that may cause an actually impact on the state to attract new business or firms in that state to recruit employees from out of state. That's a clear cut case for tortiary interference. She crossed the line

Consider the impact if I owned a bio tech firm in Boston and I'm trying to recruit workers from out of state. One of the selling points is the education system for potential employee's children. The alternative is to report someone for committing perjury, hoping a DA will pick up the case, but again you'll need to be able to identify the culprit. Finally you can try getting some leverage with YouTube, which is the approach I am currently taking with my "grandeur" video, but things are still in the works there.
