I was young and had an SX-64 I started mapping this game, and ended up with 30 sheets of paper, a 6x5 grid of paper, and I only had 7 plutonium, I mashed keys endlessly hopping for a secret save button. I eventually quit b/c of an intermittent bug where I kept dieing after leaving and oxygen source. The music was amazing. :) I even liked dying.
This music is INSANELY BRILLIANT! Honestly it brought a tear to my eye...only 3 channels and a composition of pure genius...I remember listening to the music to this game more than playing it as a kid...over and over and over and over...what an atmosphere. Rob Hubbard, you magnificent bastard!
I've never found video of someone beating this game. No save, no map, no chance to win :( was probably six or seven last time I played this game. Time to fire up my c64 emulator and grind this out maybe?
@superfatttyfatboy Nope... it was HUGE and if i remember right you couldn't save.... Though i can't be sure of that. If i could find it for a c64 emu i'd play it through now..
Is their a video of somebody beating this game anywhere? I could only ever get 7 parts of the bomb. So basically I'm saying the same thing as abominablesnowyeti.
Wow thanks 4 this video this 1 takes me back.....if only i could go back 2 those days.I loved this game and music but i never did beat this game i remember it was really hard to beat. How about a playthrough some 1?........5 stars!
I loved this game as a kid, one of my favorites. I always thought this was one of Rob's better tunes too. Sounded different and quirkier than his other ones.
