Although i think you can play quite well, you really have to work on that timing. You already know you're off, so go get a bit of practicing and make another recording. I'm sure you can get the timing right as you've got the skill for it.

The bridge on the RG350 can usually get out of tune after some months of use (or at least that's what I heard of), but you can swap it for a Floyd Rose.
