For one thing, they r causing civilian casualties which is war crim in itself. secondly they drive on a snail speed on highways holding up thousands of cars, buses, trucks etc behind them for hours. In those cars, there are sick, eldery children, women and men they need to go medical facilites. Then there are goods that need certain time to arrive to their intended...
