ohhhhh and the purple hair is norm. it happens when ur hair is super pale and that shimmer lights stuff u gotta be careful with! only use it when u need it i use it about twice a week and can leave it on about 3 minutes the coloring i get from it is good when my roots come out i can leave it longer up there im a natural blonde and it will lighten them almost to my lighter colored hair but it kinda damages my hair and dries it out too. so im not a huge fan of the other aspects of the product.

OMG that story was so funny.I have been thru every shade blonde incl. purple green & grey decided to go salon route after many hairdressers & money I found someone who got it to the white I dreamed of only to have it break off. Now it's horrible. Had to dye darker & put lo lights & now trying to grow back. So just good advice, find a good color & stick with it. The more you do the weaker it gets.
