This video has more integrity than everyone thinks. The attire all seems to be early-'80s except for Mick's. He's viewing the party as a voyeur and doesn't interact with anyone there. The tone of the song is one of unrequited love, and there seems to be a lot of that at the party.

I think the video is Mick reminiscing a party he was at with 'the one that got away', watching her with another man, and he still yearns for that young lust even in his older age. You can have boobies and integrity.
