I bet those musicians who hadn't heard of KH before and started to practice for their concert playing this awesome medley began to play the KH series... and fell in love in it, hence their passion while playing

@Lexchen88 That's kind of a long shot lol. To some/most of them, this is just a job. A job that I am sure they are passionate about but really; music is music. Doesn't matter if it's from a movie, video game, what-have-you. They just love to play their instruments for others to enjoy.

I think The Other Promise is my absolute favorite video game track ever. It's just pure perfection. In and of itself it's an amazing song, but it's made even better by being absolutely perfect for the situation it plays in the game.

That more than anything else is why I so desperately wish Square would have localized KH2: Final Mix

I'm not sure yet. It is probably the same note-for-note performance, so the only real benefit would be a capture of a higher res version (couldn't do it for the 2009 version, unfortunately). Also, it actually has to be broadcast. So we'll see what happens.

@FinalHeart6 if they do anything they would do a animated television show for it, but i think cgi movie would be sick, and a movie wouldn't necessarily be terrible there are good ways to combine disney characters into the movie without making it ridiculously long, you would just need a director who is passionate about the game, we wouldn't want another dragon ball evolution lol, but i think it would be a cool disney film even if they made it animated

@Otakudarkohimesama It only has songs from Kingdom Hearts. There isn't any other game series' songs in it. The only one that sounds different is Happy Holidays, and that's because it's not actually in the game series, but Yoko Shimomura composed it for one of her concerts and it was kind of meant to be a Kingdom Hearts song for it. It has all the songs in the description they used for the medley. ;P

@djbummy16 It's was orchestral music to begin with. There was never any doubt we couldn't make movies out of video games to begin with. Advent Children, Resident Evil, and Tekken are perfect examples of this, though AC is most likely the only link you can make with the music bent...
