She looks really good. Like her hair that way...instead of the bangs. First thought voice quivering at certain points was nerves, but sounds more like auto-tune. I'm sorry for people who think this isn't autotuned because it is, you can hear the mic how it fades in and out. How can you not ? I love Katy perry and all but this IS in fact auto tuned.

Um, how can people seriously think this is either autotuned or playback when the intonation is so shaky sometimes in the verses, especially at the beginning? If you think this is autotuned then you clearly can't actually hear when things are in tune. That said, I think she did a much better job than usual and she got better as it went. Anyway, point is that this is very, very obviously live.

I think you're being incredibly naive if you think she actually got *that* much better after being so terrible at singing for *so* long. The chick has a weak voice. She can go high, but can't go very low. She is probably dropping in and out of this song, using her own voice to varying degrees, and letting the playback dominate at others.

She looks really good. Like her hair that way...instead of the bangs. First thought voice quivering at certain points was nerves, but sounds more like auto-tune. Always harder to sing on pitch live due to background noise. Not a big deal, it's a show...not a recording studio and it set the upbeat mood they wanted for the show.

@Rockstarkeel u ever went to concert? Or any other live thing with mic on? Fading in/out is what the mic does. Autotune can be added after the voice is recorded. Shut up now becouse Katy had voice before she got famous, so why would she start using autotune now? Even if she does, its not to make her sound like she can actualy sing, becouse she can, you dont.. and not just you. x)

Um, how can people seriously think this is either autotuned or playback when the intonation is so shaky sometimes in the verses, especially at the beginning? If you think this is autotuned then you clearly can't actually hear when things are in tune. That said, I think she did a much better job than usual and she got better as it went. Anyway, point is that this is very, very obviously live.

I think you're being incredibly naive if you think she actually got *that* much better after being so terrible at singing for *so* long. The chick has a weak voice. She can go high, but can't go very low. She is probably dropping in and out of this song, using her own voice to varying degrees, and letting the playback dominate at others.

@Belloran24 You wanna see crap check out Nicki Minaj's performance for the 2011 show...The whole time she's performing (if thats what ya call it) she cant even keep up with the playback, she doesnt do anything for over half of her spotlight period but walk arround, Infact the best vocals she pulls off are at the end of the damn performance when she actually sings the last 3 words...Someone shoulda pulled the umpalumpa off stage mid performance....
