  • Hey, I just finished this piece and will be posting it on youtube soon. I suggest you take a look at it. Not bad mouthing you at ALL though. The beginning you should start off a little bit softer, it's too harsh. Save that harshness for when the piece starts getting pretty interesting.

  • you take it too seriosly.....

  • ok, it sounds like there are very smart piano people on this site, so can someone please tell me what the bottom through the top lines are on the bass cleft? cause i'm learning this peice but i don't know any of the bass cleft notes yet, and.. it would probably make a big difference if i knew how to read that part lol

  • GABCDEFGA. You could've just looked at the key signature.

  • thanks a ton!

  • lol your trying to learn this and you cant read music? lol do you learn by ear? i cant read music 4 shit eitha, i played another version of malaguena for my last exam and found it difficult because i usually learn most stuff by ear but good stuff 4 goin 4 it! did you mean just what the bass clef lines are in general? starting from the 1st line it GABCDEFGA, so that starts with G on the bottom note and ends with A on the top note.. good luck

  • I am so impressed NayPi -- you are willing to share your love of music. I give you a 5 for courage and for inspiring me to get my act together and (hopefully) put my own version of this piece on youtube. Keep it up!

  • Wow! You picked a really tough song to play. Bravo for the attempt! It sounded very good, but keep working on it. It is a GREAT piece, and something you can enjoy for the rest of your life.

  • sounds great-- u should relax

  • Eyy! that's very good!

    <3 that song too

  • this is impressive. im doing this as a duet actually, its what youre doing spilt up for 4 hands. i was thoroughly impressed, in a duet one of these parts is hard and oure doing both

  • I did that duet, too. Now I am starting to learn the song, because I Ioved the duet soooo much. I don't have a video camera, but if I get one, I will try to post it on you tube.

  • =O WAHHH... YOU ARE AWESOME. WOWWIE!!

  • yes, my friend--dynamics, dynamics, dynamics--at the moment this is all F to FF --this will be MUCH more interesting if you begin at P and gradually build to FF--instead of jumping right out at fortissimo. when you practice this try dusting off your metronome and setting it to 60bpm and play through this using those dynamicss, slowly increase the metronome until you've got it up to speed. :)

  • I won't be mean and post horrible comments cause' I know how it feels to recieve those... Anyhow, I've played this piece, and I must say, I believe there are some parts you've skipped? Add some dynamics, apply those stoccatas(sp?),and err smooth it out a whole bunch. You're pretty good for having been playing piano for only 6 years.

  • try to keep a similar tempo through out... if you gotta slow the whole thing down to make it work, do so :-) and try to add some dynamics too... keep it up

  • hehe... I've been playing for only 6 years. But I have a great teacher though! ^^

  • gah i love this song too

a guy @ my piano recital played it so well

    you do too :)

i want to learn some day haha

  • ipressive. nice tune you play.
