A part of Remember and T.O.P's melody aren't the same, only the part where both songs parodied, as I said before, Mozart's no.40. Regarding lyrics, nope, they're not the same. So, you can't say that S.H.E copied theirs, because if they did, it would be called a remake/cover. Besides, they can't release a cover/remake without the rights.
