I'm glad their meeting went well =) I had a hamster and currently have a rat. Blitz was nice to Minnie (hamster) when he was a baby. But then he became a "jerk" and would try to attack her =/ And what I find really funny with my animals is that both my cat and dog are afraid of Blitz when he is out of his cage lol
so how do your rats and rabbit get along now? because same thing i want my rats and rabbit to get along and am just studying how to approach it all now. thanks.
My rabbit hates the rats now, cause now they've discovered that his fur is perfect material for building a nest, so they kind of "attack" him, and try to collect his fur. If you don't have to, it's just unneccesary to let two different species spend time together, since they don't speak each others languages, and can't get too much appreciation out of the company of each other anyways. ;)
I think it's actually mainly urine stains, being a man and all, you know, his hygiene is not the most prioritated. He pees and then sits in it, all happy with himself. :P But you can clearly see how the colors change as they shed, yes. :) How's Wookie doing? :)
Wookie's good, after watching how he likes to lay beside fluffy carpet mats but not on them and knowing he very much likes to lay on a nice towel (folded twice). I folded one edge of a towel so it had something he could lay against and put another towel beside it the same. So now he can lay down between the folded lumps leaning on either edge or on hot days he lays with his belly over the lump. He loves it :). Wookies lines aren't stains tho because they start mid way up his leg like a stripe
We bought him another teddy bear too so now he has 3 different ones. I went to go to pee the other day and two of them were laying around the toilet :0 he leaves them all over the house. When he gets excited liek when you come home after beign out all day he runs in circles arond you mpph mpph mmph and then runs off to find a Teddy bear so he can run around with that. I've seen him stop at each bedroom door thinking for a moment without entering the room then the next room etc, he often doesn't
Aaawh, that is so cute! :) Filip runs around my legs like that each morning when I let him out of the cage, all until he gets his little piece of bread for breakfast, then he's standing up against my legs, reaching up to grab it. But I'm going to neuter him soon, though, cause his "mpph mpph"-sounds are because he wants to breed, which can get a bit annoying when he won't stop running in circles around my legs. A lot of people let their pets meet under supervision, it's usually completely fine, and sometimes can lead to a great friendship.

Sometimes we get a mouse come inside, if Wookie sees it he will stomp and RUNNNN so fast and hide behind the cupboard :)
