I have one but 115 lumens and is bright as hell! very well made compared to surefire! its runs for about 35 hours it has a chip in it to strech the battery life
How is the battery life on this light? some sites say up to 136 hours, some say 52. I have no idea who is right. Maybe you can shed some *light* into the situation. lol :-)
@cybernetamd well it depends on two factors one being the user themselves and second being the quality of batteries one uses but to give you a number on a good set of battery i would say some where in the ballpark of about 60-80 hours on average
@kingd3001 Also had one more question mate, if you don't mind. I was told by some suppliers that you shouldn't use rechargeable batteries in this flashlight, what a load of bull. What I will be doing is going from your traditional 1.5v 800mAh AAA batteries, to NI-MH 1.2v, 1000mAh capacity instead. When the 1.5v is under load it evens out to about 1.2v during its course until its dead anyways. It should be just fine, considering its capacity to hold a longer charge is only different. correct?
