I have the same bass in black. I use to ply reggae with it even if it clearly haven't been made for this style. Very easy to play and very versatile for this range of price.
I was wondering what your opinion is on this specific bass. I am looking very seriously at picking it up. It looks like you can make anything sound good.
i honeslty do like the sound (after all, 5 knobs are the shit), but for some reason, I feel like it`s too fancy for me :P

That's not an SR700, it's an Ergodyne EDB600.
