Couple of things from someone who has known them before they became legends,lol. first off, for those who think Darryl forgets the lyrics...he does songs differently almost every time he performs. The changes are subtle, but there are there. Another fact that probably very few will believe is that they is NO drugs involved. Darryl for years has been known as the man with the golden voice. John is the guy that runs the show. Besides being a great musician, he is one of the best harmony voices

They write alot of songs, great melodies, but sometimes just the craft of the words gets so overlooked. They write the double entendre so well, its as if they invented it. And is there a better line with so many meanings than "watch you blowing the lines when you're making a scene?"

Awesome, sadly with music in the state it is now we'll likely never see a duo as good as these guys again. Every song these days is just about sex and drugs. These two classic tunes are prime examples of how to put together good music, too bad nobody takes notes.
