If you haven't noticed, throughout his time he has been gaining a new tail. He's gotten ticked with Gaara, Sasuke, Sakura and a couple others. ITs not only her, besides, the reason why he got to see his father was becuase if he hadn't he'd lose total control since he was nearly nine tails becuase of his last anger burst. And Tobi was being blocked becuase of Bee helping naruto, as well as Kakashi &others. Hinata hasn't really helped but make him loose will power nearly

Pariah is hard to say about neji, define Pariah as an outcast, or generally despised or advoided, yeah he maybe lower branch but he isn't an outcast of the Hyuuga clan or does hyuuga despise him or anyone in the village to avoid him, and everyone thinks he is a genius.

Now if you want a Pariah you should have put Gaara, before he became kazekage, or any jinchuriki that was hated on
