I agree with you there my friend. I think he's (Steve) is such a good mover. That is what this music is about, getting on the dancefloor and being at one with music. Looking forward to the next weekender which happens this Friday. Hopefully I will get some more footage.
i like the way he bangs his hands at the end as if to say take some of that world, this is the 13th time i`ve watched this, this has got be the bestest northern vid i`ve ever seen
i know this guy is unbeleivable great thanks talk about being in the right place at the right time wow what a crowd what a great place it looks to be in too wow a massive thanks i can practice some soul moves now
i no i got told bridlington is great the vebue looks fantastic and the music seems good i no a few people who went last year who said it was fantastic im goin to blackpool aswell whats tht like ?
Again a personal opinion my friend. We've been to the first 2 Blackpool weekenders, the first was good went downhill after that. Crowded dancefloors, queing for drinks and gimmicky dance competitions are not my cup of tea. The Brid. one is like a breath of fresh air.
Thanks for the comment although I'm not one of the organisers. All credit should be directed to Rob & Karen Wigley, Rob Wicks and Pat Brady aka the East Coast Soul Collective. I just think it's a super event and I have been lucky to have a d.j. spot at next years, so hope to see you there.
Tickets for the 2009 one are selling well (great value at £20 for 3-night sessions and 2afternoon ones) If you want to order please visit the East Coast Soul Collective site for details.

Spot on my young friend. You've summed it up in your short comment. My personal opinion is that the Bridlington one is the best of the lot.
See you there.
Best.

Hi there,
This was shot at 2 o-clock Sunday afternoon after a brilliant Saturday night i.e. a warm up session for the Sunday night final night.
Many Soullies still in bed (or at Church) or even saving themselves for the Night gig.
1500 bodies there and there will be 1800 at next years. So the COMMUNITY spirit is there in abundance, but you have to be there to appreciate it.

Yes that's what I thought, just wish I could dance as good.
The record if you don't know it is by N.F. Porter : "Keep on keeping on".
