  • Hey dude. I think it is awesome that you are loosing weight. I myself have lost 50 pounds, almost 60, and am about to enlist in the Navy now. Lifting weights is excellent because, like you said, it burns calories. It increases your metabolism. Doing it too much though can hurt you in the competition. You don't want to gain a lot of muscle if you are trying to lose weight. For your cardio I recommend M-100's. Look them up. Do it once a day and you will be skinny in no time. Inbox me for any tips.

  • If your really diggin' the dried fruits you should really consider investing in an electric dehydrator...if you do that then you can have an array of dried fruits and it could also be a cheaper alternative then buying those items at the store. One thing though, some fruits require a few days to dry fully, but if you slice things thin the process shouldnt be as long. Oh and try dried pinapple and watermelon...tastes just like candy!

  • Not all of them are, they are dehydrated so they don't need to be preserved as much as you would think, but they would actually be a lot better for him if he actually went out and got a dehydrator himself, and they are fun to make, my dad and I use to do it all the time and they tasted good too, it was one of the only way he could get me to eat my fruits and veggies :)

  • hey shay there are some chips called veggie sticks (i'm not sure what the name is) and they are healthy they mostly taste like French fries. I really recommend it if you are really craving for chips!
