Most of my collection came from coin shop, ebay and travelling. Its a great hobby. Its a never ending hobby and I have 3 big coin folders to put the coins in. Your collection is very big. I'm interested to know which countries you haven't got. Its only curosity, I'm not going to ask for your coins or anything like that.

Oh you need to go into your youtube account and then click on email options, which should be on your left and then you click on "How often youTube can email me" and then click on all the boxes in the "send individual emails for the events below" section. After that click on save changes and it should work whenever someone sends a comment, your email address will get it.

I've also got coins from the all countries/states of the world in the Krause publication of Standard Catalog of World Coins, including those from former independent states of Tannu Tuva and Tibet. The ones which I haven't got are those from former states such as Umm Al Qaiwain, Darfur and the Islamic Republic of East Turkestan.

I have a coin dealer friend who gets international coins buy the 5 gallon barrel. It took hours upon hour to search and find. An inexpensive but well worth hobby.

Hehe, great. Slovenia is small country and it became independent almost 20 years ago, so it is also young country. First `tolar` (100 stotinov = 1 tolar) coins were made in 1992. You probably have coins from 1992-1996.

I used to kindof study the denomational values and weather they were decimal or poundadge measurements and what territories they belong to. I think I had to order these pieces to say I had coinage from that country=)

It's still an amazing hobby.

yeah I dont know. I think next time I goto the festival Ill ask. He is married and he has kids sells trading cards, toys and beanie babies at same stand. Only one big book of coins and buckets of cheapo world coins hes got. They are like a quarter a piece I think. Dont remember. I just got the LeadDog Pages and coin flips from a NJ online coin shop in my area :)

wow would be cool to seperate all da coins. I have many world coins I buy at Victorian Day festival in my home town every year. I like european ons and arubas. My family has a square aruba coin dunno what it is called tho. I bought coin pages on Wizard Coin Supply website. Hey what brand pages you buy, just curious?

At A time I have handled, carded and cataloged every single international coin I own. I go for older euro too. Russian ones are good but more difficult to find. I don't know the name brand of the coin pages I use, but have no complaints with them.

oh btw, cheapest way I get state quarters is in a soda machine at my workshop lol. One time I put in $4 and I got 8 state quarters!

If you want to "invest", sell some of your state quaters and buy silver dimes or quaters. Silver is going to go sky high.

I know a stand at my local town who goes to Victorian Day every September. So I might save up to buy huge world coins. This guy at the day fair has tons! ^-^ If you ever come to New Jersey, visit belvidere Victorian day every September in Belvidere Park in Warren County. They have a nice coin stand! The other kid member sells trading cards and beanie babies, but I prefer coins from their dads, lol.

nice man cool collection. I buy the ultra pro pages and coin flips online. I have over 1000 quarters. most of them are duplicates but I enjoy them. I'm not familiar with ulra pro or coin flips. Are your quaters state quaters? Coins are great. They all have a history, A conversation, A histoy lesson. You name it.

nice man. Im thinking of collecting coins. BTW, what coin pages you use to put in binder? how to you keep coins in place from falling out? Also, do you have any Japanese YEN change? I love Japan so much the culture.

Thank you very much. It's realy easy to get into. Just start out with the spare. With my international coin book I use a plastic 20 coin holder plastic sheet, and put the coins in 2x2 cards. Any photo book should do. I do have a few Japan pieces. The circulation coinage is in Japanese though, so it's difficut for me to research the coins, being that I don't read or speak Japnese.
