lease is a bad option never lease im stuck in one now rent to leave when ready is great you dont have to commit i want to move to a cheaper place but i cant my landlord dont have to work cause of me his house was paid off befor we moved in so he realy has nothing to work for he lives off of me i told my wife moving here was a bad idea but she loves the nieborhood now were are stuck for another year or so i will never lease again you benifit nothing by doing this

Well im a landlord and what i do is print up a false contract for permission to break the lease.For a 900.00 fee.Then tennant gets a notification for payment continuation on the lease until its payed up.If confronted i deny all documents giving permission to break lease. i get away scott free.I charge a mandatory 125.00 fee for carpet cleaning, if i catch you cleaning carpets its 250.00.I get at least 85% of your lease in my pocket . none of you can do anything about it.

i got a lease from a bank, but then i learned i had to pay it back, so over the course of a week. i started shitting into a cooler and pounding it into a rancid liquid with a baseball bat, and at the end of the week i walked into the bank with my shit cooler and opened it and spun around shooting my rancid shit soup all over them.
