I like the focus on the professional goal met instead of a personal goal.

However, the question asks about a goal that is SET, not necessarily one that is completed. It could be confusing. Example: A person could answer here that "It's my goal to get my master's degree in two years".

I think that explaining that she completed the goal is a plus.  Anyone can set a goal, but fulfilling it is most impressive.
