Thanks for the memory, We had this in black and white and no sound on 8 mm I know we were terrified of pincushion man but it was one of the first things we always wanted our dad to put on before watching whatever home movie he made at time.

This is my favorite cartoon. There was a video compilation of cartoon that this was released in the late 80s/early 90's... not sure when. My twin sister and I LOVED watching this. The Pincusion Man is the greatest character EVER. We watched Balloon Land so often that we wore out the tape. LOL

Because from a bad-guy's point of view, it's more fun to make things around you come down slowly than it is to see it all go down at once, leaving you with nothing to do. Besides, as the Pincushion Man, all you have to do is hide in the forests, wait till more trees or things come along, and pop *them*, too!
