Of course that any of this can be done using ilusion tricks, but that doesn't necessarilly explains this phenomena. It seems real to me. To have this effect faster i would suggest the use of a finger ritual.
Uh. It's a lot less complex than what you're thinking. It's basic chemistry, theres many ways to make a cotton ball catch aflame, you could pour super glue on it and it will eventually catch fire. I don't think this guy is doing it, but it isn't magic. >.>

People with occult powers can be compared to athletes. If daily practice isn't upkept, and mental, health & energetic balances are out of whack, then the abilities eventually deminish or dissapear. This is why Bardon placed character balance in step 1 & 2 and why it is recommended to be upkept through all 10 steps. It's all really based on common sense and natural laws. Magic does not transcend these as some might imagine. There's actually nothing magical about magic ;-)
This is not true. Franz Bardon placed character balance in the book, because if you don`t have a balance, the negative side of the elements will control you.
Concentration, energetic balance, right method & serious unwavering daily dedication is mostly what's needed to attain such powers. Unbalanced character traits increased in a negative sense end up affecting one's mental serenity as well as energetic balance & one's concentration abilities. It is this which results in powers going away.
If you ever manage to master the Water Elemental, I'd like to see that applied against a fork or something. You should be able to "bend" the fork in all sorts of strange directions that would be impossible if force was applied in the bending. That would be even more impressive than this fire one, although IF it is real, it's already very impressive! Thanks for sharing.

That being said, do be careful of becoming too popular (always hide your identity), and keep a very close eye on your soul mirrors, specifically what motivates you to show these abilities to the world.
There's a difference between an emotional (Ego) detached execution of an occult power, and one which is done for personal attention/gain,etc. Neither depletes the "power" directly, but the latter causes problems for one's character balance. Characters out of balance with big Egos end up having caterstrophic results in the long run (not always obvious in the begining or middle time spans).

It seems you are a serious student of the Bardon Work. If you want to have that effect faster, try to use a finger ritual to condense it. I study hermetics for 17 years and your effect seems genuine. Oh, to cause the jar to explode try it in a cold day, or put in the freezer before. It helps. A jar is far more difficult to explode than what it seems.
I'm just curious, but are you able to preform the exploding jar exercise or the PH change? and if possible, I'd be interested in seeing this cotton ball exercise from an aerial view. That is if you have time or are interested in doing so.

I didn't say I believed him; just that it was an impressive effect. Many methods could have been used to fake this, but I give people the benefit of the doubt. Simply because the flame started at the back of the cotton wool though, isn't a clear-cut indicator or a fake. But even if it started on the camera's side of the wool, it would still be considered a fake. Proving or disproving this is impossible, which is why I have no interest in doing so.

REAL magic is possible to reproduce under ANY circumstances. Different operators using the same protocol will achieve similar results. Try reading the book and practice for yourself, and only pronounce afterwards: That is Science! Any other behaviour is an insult to Scientific Thought and Method. I may be an occultist, but I have taken two Graduations in Scientific areas. For Science sake, do not reject anything without testing it under a valid protocol.

This is interesting. Yes it seems the Franz Bardon technique to mix element air after a charge with element fire. Of course that any of this can be done using ilusion tricks, but that doesn't necessarilly explains this phenomena. It seems real to me. I mean, if you want to use gadgets, you would be torching with your hands, not making this small, but nice effect. Being real Magic... well done. To have this effect faster i would suggest the use of a finger ritual.

People with occult powers can be compared to athletes. If daily practice isn't upkept, and mental, health & energetic balances are out of whack, then the abilities eventually deminish or dissapear. This is why Bardon placed character balance in step 1 & 2 and why it is recommended to be upkept through all 10 steps. It's all really based on common sense and natural laws. Magic does not transcend these as some might imagine. There's actually nothing magical about magic ;-)

Concentration, energetic balance, right method & serious unwavering daily dedication is mostly what's needed to attain such powers. Unbalanced character traits increased in a negative sense end up affecting one's mental serenity as well as energetic balance & one's concentration abilities. It is this which results in powers going away.

If you ever manage to master the Water Elemental, I'd like to see that applied against a fork or something. You should be able to "bend" the fork in all sorts of strange directions that would be impossible if force was applied in the bending. There's a difference between an emotional (Ego) detached execution of an occult power, and one which is done for personal attention/gain,etc. Neither depletes the "power" directly, but the latter causes problems for one's character balance. Characters out of balance with big Egos end up having caterstrophic results in the long run (not always obvious in the begining or middle time spans).

It seems you are a serious student of the Bardon Work. If you want to have that effect faster, try to use a finger ritual to condense it. I study hermetics for 17 years and your effect seems genuine. Oh, to cause the jar to explode try it in a cold day, or put in the freezer before. It helps. A jar is far more difficult to explode than what it seems.
