Good fight. The issues I had was would people really do this? You should have one hero. The other guys look like common thugs. THEY SHOULD FIGHT LIKE IT. The hero using his martial arts against their street fighting. OR, have the bad guys in suits, symbolizing they're a little more than common thugs. Or have only one guy using martial arts and the other is a street fighter. Try that next time.

Man your knuckles are messed up! When you hold them up at 2:44 you can see all the swelling. I'm guessing you train to "Harden your knuckles?" Might as well stop that now... I know from experience it doesn't work. You can harden bone like your shin. But knuckles have too much soft tissue that will just develop scar tissue that swells easily. In my right hand I have a vein that will bust open and swell from even leaning weight on it because I was being trained by an idiot!

@LebannersHook: That's not true at all! You can train your knuckles to be harder as long as you do it intelligently and carefully. You need a professional overlooking it for sure, but it can be done.

I would just say that you should really watch your camera angles. You have some good choreography that is somewhat ruined by the miss being obvious (I counted at least 18). I generally like the wide angles that show the action, but you have to make sure to stack the hits towards the camera. Inventive stuff though, I liked it.
