If you mean the one where Monk and Natalie are at a table, that would be "Happy Birthday Mr. Monk." If it is where Monk is tucking Natalie into bed, that is "Mr. Monk and the Voodoo Curse". If neither of those scenes, the way I describe them, seem to be what you were referring to, please let me know.

No unfortunately they never do actually fall in love. I think the final season hinted at it here and there more than any other season (as you can see in some of the clips used in this video), but in the end nothing :( But they weren't separated either so I guess there's always room for fanfiction :)

@calicreations you should read the books, there some hints again on their interaction and how they feel for each other. Yes, more friendly, but at least it much more than just an employer\employee and like in the serie, there some beautiful moments in there you can't resist. spoilers in the last book that came up in january 2011
