After three years in court, we were not notified of the final judgement day. I never got a chance to speak for my brother. The rage simmers in me everyday. Never goes away. Only God knows how that ever burning flame in my gut will be resolved.

srry 2 b off the subject but when i was 7 my family and me were at cedar point when we were walking in a park we started 2 run cuz it was raining then all of a sudden an employee came and ran in2 me causing me 2 land on my head on the concreate ground. luckily 4 me it wsn't tht serious but i did have a big bruise on the back of my head. the guy didn't even say srry and stopped 2 c if i was ok. anyways, R.I.P little girl

If they kill somebody , the states should consider voluntary manslaughter or second degree murder charges against the individual with the penalty already set by state statutes , i.e. a minimum of 20 years to a maximum of life in prison without parole .
We need in this country to get tougher on DUI laws . Lowering the limit from .08 BAC to .05will be one deterent . At that limit , that is one to two beers depending on body weight and the point where obvious impairment begins . Also , when a person is charged with a second DUI , 2 year suspension of all driving privilages and 6 months straight time in jail should be the penalty . The third DUI should be an automatic 3 year prison sentance in a maximum security facility without parole .
