Nice job on the video and the house is beautiful. To bad the owners that started this couldn't complete and the lender did not stay true to his word. The contractor did a awesome job building it. Sorry he had to get stuck with it. Wish him the best of luck in selling it. The people did a great job designing this home. But with the economy the way it is it does not look good for the selling. Great Job Patrick builders like you are hard to come by

Love this house! We may call you in January 2011 to rent it for 2 years in 2011/2012. I see you take great pride in your work, as you should. Magnificent creation! If we ever build out there, you would be our first call.

Beautiful construction. Love the knotty pine, large windows, wood frame around the windows... hardwood floors rather than carpet would have been perfect. only my opinion of course.
Wish we had known this contractor when we had work done on our home! We are having to rent our house out in order to keep it because the contractor ran off with somewhere around 100k, didn't finish work, had to max credit cards to pay someone else to complete work...
Honest contractors, good work, is priceless
