Obama is using two anectdotal stories to illistrate why Politicians are more apt at providing medical solutions than doctors. With a paltry 10 years of study a doctor doesn't know how to select procedures and make decisions. Politicians are the answer! His plan was supposed to lower federal cost and widen coverage.
