Worse than this there was a Mortal Kombat line of RAA era G.I. joe type mini-toys. I can't remember whether they were actually GI Joe line toys (i think they came even after this line) or were just knock-offs, but either way its hilarious all the shameful crap hasbro did back then. They weren't the only ones though: Malibu comics ran a very bloody and non-canon Street Fight series before they made their more sucessful MK mini serieses... I miss blatant comericialism.
