@prime440 Which part doesn't make sense. George said to his mistress that it was an accident that snowballed. The defense stated that George was there when Caylee drowned, Casey found out later. I think it played out... she drowned. George panicked and basically said don't tell or we are all in trouble, I can make this go away. Casey probably didn't like how it was going. Time passed and the lie started to grow worse. Eventually Casey called but it backfired.

I think this was a matter of them trying to avoid what they actually had to endure anways. Meaning, they held off, and lied (ex., George saying the baby was missing when she was dead). That tells me that George is guilty and trying to cover up. I think Casey didn't want to be involved. She 22 and living w mom/dad, you trust their every word.

They chose not to let him pass the Bar because he was in trouble for not paying child suport, bad checks, and he defaulted on student loans. Toddlers are clever and strong- they get into trouble within seconds. The normal reaction is to grab the child, call 911, and start CPR. This story makes no sense. She lies so much that there is no jury on Earth that will find her "not guilty". Molested or not, she killed Caylee in negligence or deliberately.

@prime440 Which part doesn't make sense. George said to his mistress that it was an accident that snowballed. The defense stated that George was there when Caylee drowned, Casey found out later. I think it played out... she drowned. George panicked and basically said don't tell or we are all in trouble, I can make this go away. Casey probably didn't like how it was going. Time passed and the lie started to grow worse. Eventually Casey called but it backfired.

I think this was a matter of them trying to avoid what they actually had to endure anways. Meaning, they held off, and lied (ex., George saying the baby was missing when she was dead). Don't believe she, Casey killed the baby, it probably was an accident, that baby brought the family and mother Casey attention. The media are having a field day with this case, it's bringing them plenty of viewers, what about those 60 million dead baby's killed through our country's legal abortion in the past year? Accusing family members and using it as a legal defense to avoid the death penalty is absolutely inhumane and atrocious. And I choose not to use this against her defense attorney, they have to do this, it's their job. I use it against HER not only because she is obviously a psychopath liar but because she allowed her lawyers to argue this on her behalf. She has no heart.

What I want to know is what is the point in saying "she is messed up and did this because her dad and brother molested her her whole life" if the baby supposedly drowned in the pool? If she had problems from her experiences with that, which I believe is a BIG lie, why use it as an excuse but also say she didn't do it? Also, why would she say now, that her father did all of these horrible things to her and blame him for everything when there is video of Casey saying to George he didn't. Guilty

The thing about Baez is he's only been a practicing lawyer for three years. They chose not to let him pass the Bar because he was in trouble for not paying child suport, bad checks, and he defaulted on student loans. Before he was legaley able to become a lawyer, he ran two bikinni shops. He has not had many trials under his belt. This is his first high profile case. Wich is good because its more likeley that Casey will loose and get what she deserves!!!

None of this points to an accidental drowning. These things happen all the time, unfortunately. Children fall into pools and drown while mom is in the bathroom or busy doing the laundry. Toddlers are clever and strong- they get into trouble within seconds. The normal reaction is to grab the child, call 911, and start CPR. This story makes no sense. She lies so much that there is no jury on Earth that will find her "not guilty". Molested or not, she killed Caylee in negligence or deliberately.

People can not get a fair trial in the United States because of the media. This is our "Justice System"? You are presumed innocent until proven guilty. People are posting horrible things about her parents how the family didn't have any friends. What good does it do to drag this whole family through the street. What is WRONG with people. @1947rande Maybe you haven't thought it through. Casey Anthony has no guilt, feels no guilt, and has systematically destroyed each member of her family in a way that I have never seen before. That's the comparisson. She feels no guilt for what she did and on top of that, she is blaming it on the only people who ever supported her. Further than this explanation, I cannot help you. I'm watching the trial today, and Casey's dad is on stand now. I hadn't realized before just how much little Caylee looks like him. SHe imo didn't look anything like her mother, Casey. But take a look and see if you agree she is the spittin image of George.

@Bombeni I noticed the same thing as he was sitting there. I feel so sorry for that poor man. His granddaughter was murdered, he defended Casey despite all logic, he had to fight media and people harassing him in front of his home, and now Casey accuses him of horrible atrocities AND blames him for covering up Caylee's death. I almost hope she doesn't get the death penalty, because that would just be one more blow to him. Casey Anthony is as bad as Osama Bin Laden.

@CrA1n4 well, if the defense's version is true (which is the best case scenario), she went out and partied after her daughter drowned in the pool. and got a tattoo saying "the beautiful life." worst case scenario? she killed her daughter so she could go out and party. both versions suggest that there is something very, VERY wrong with her. she's definitely sick, but that doesn't make her behavior any less disgusting. would you disagree with that?
