Elliott once performed the National Anthem at the NBA Finals while still an AI Contestant. In that performance, one can clearly hear that 'E' began the song One ENTIRE OCTAVE above what he is singing here.

He knew it immediately, as is also obvious and, due to his amazing Ear, was able to work through it.

This key at the Richmond Game is actually a bit Low for 'E'. -Our National Anthem is a challenging song on many levels, but here 'E' works it OUT.
