It's obviously not a tire to ground traction issue, it's that the floor of the truck is sitting on the packed down snow. Dig at the wheels all you want, moving snow away from them won't do anything.

Driver should have put his foot in it--getting rocking bet you could have made it out. My neighbors kid did the same thing off the driveway, took alot of flooring and some rubber but he got it out lol.
