I got all of the achievements by playing as an evil character all the way through and saving just before level 8, 14, 20 and 30. I then could kill a few things to get the evil achievement, then donated enough caps to a church to become neutral and level up and then donated more caps to become good and then level up!

The easiest way to get these and the other karma other achievements is if you want bad or nueteral and you have better karma than that then load the closest saved game to the level then you murder everyone in megaton or untill you get the carma level , if you need the better karma you do the same but instead of murdering you go to a person who begs you for water (like outside of rivit city

) and give him A LOT.Thumbs up so peple can see this.

@darkrider87789 if your still having this issue, when you launch the fallout3launcher.exe (not fallout3.exe), click on data files on that menu, make sure all 6 are checked, 5 for each dlc and 1 for the main game :) load loose files doesnt matter, this is also how mods for this game work. aswell as oblivion and morrowind

The easiest way is to save as a good character one kill away from ranking up. Rank up, then load the save and steal a ton of stuff to get to neutral, and then kill the thing to level. Repeat for evil. IT TAKES ALOT OF STUFF.
