All it does is shoot a MIRV aimed around the tower, i think she was using it as a defense.

1 place has 3 towers, all containing raiders

1 place has 2 towers (1 tower destroyed)

and the last contains talon mercs, and that tower is the one with those nukes

its in the game already, u have to find 1 of the satellite array buildings with talon company mercs in, and then once u find that go up to the top ther should be a terminal (i cant remember if u have to hack it or not) but on that is a command to bomb the place

to do this just go to the umm constantine armoury go into the shack house which is named CO quarters or something go down the stairs and the launch codes will be in the safe..orr goo the satalite dish with talon company mercs and kill the wastelander in their (a ghoul) then it should work because you get the codes of her too..

The building it's fired from is SatCom Array NW-05a. On the scientist's body you will find three notes. Two, when used with the computer at the top of the tower, will mark the other two Satcom arrays on your map. The third will activate "Highwater Trousers", a micro-nuclear weapons platform (basically a satellite armed with missiles to shoot down to earth) that will drop several armed Mini Nukes around the tower. So basicly, it shoots big missles from the sky and goes ka-boom.
